Delete Your Account

Account deletion process

You can request account deletion at any time:

• In the Scrub Hub Pro app, open More → Privacy & Legal → Request account deletion and confirm the request.
• Workers may request deletion of their own account and associated personal data. Business-owned work records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
• Owner, administrator, and manager requests receive manual review so business ownership can be transferred and other users' records are not accidentally deleted.
• If you cannot access the app, email support@aj850cleaning.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request”.
• Support will verify the request, explain any required retention, and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
