How we handle your data

How Scrub Hub collects, uses, and protects your information:

• We collect the account details you provide (name, email, phone) and the work data your team creates (jobs, notes, photos, time entries).
• Location is collected only when you clock in or out, or when your business enables live-map features while you're on shift.
• Your data is used to run the app's features — scheduling, payroll, messaging — and is never sold to third parties.
• Advertising: The free mobile plan may display limited, non-personalized banner ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Google may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver, prevent fraud, and measure ads. Consent is requested where required. Paid plans, active trials, Demo Mode, and creator accounts do not receive ads.
• Photos and files you upload are stored securely and are visible only to your business's team.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data from More → Privacy & Legal → Request account deletion. Business owners and managers receive a manual ownership and business-data review before anything is deleted.
• We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest to protect your information.
• AI-Powered Features: Scrub Hub Pro uses Anthropic's Claude AI for optional email drafting and auto message translation (paid plans; translation active only for non-English accounts). Only the relevant text is sent to Anthropic; no personal data is stored beyond the request.
• PDF Export: When you export an invoice as PDF, the document is generated on our secure servers and delivered only to your device. No invoice content is stored or shared beyond your team.
